EXCAVATOR, the remediation program, is patented under his previous company and is being utilized by environmental consultants for soil remediation design and planning. Today, Mr. Toosi, as A-Tech’s Director of Engineering, is establishing and growing A-Tech’s brand in the groundwater industry. His background in petroleum engineering has equipped him with a broader knowledge of porous media and tools to solve subsurface complex issues. Over the course of his career, Mr. Toosi has conducted and managed projects for large utilities, school districts, municipalities, private developers, farmers, water districts, and large consulting firms.

Mr. Toosi has extensive experience in developing groundwater models for contaminated sites, which persuaded pertinent regulatory agencies that the residual contamination will not pose a threat to the human health and the environment and lead to the site closure. He has been the principal engineer and manager for numerous groundwater quality assessment projects and has designed and implemented remedial approaches such as In-Situ Chemical Oxidation, Bioremediation, Pump & Treat, Soil Vapor Extraction, and Soil Excavation.
