These inspections are typically a combination of visual observation and laboratory analysis. The laboratory analysis is designed for the identification of fire residues and the presence of analytes of interest (char, black carbon/soot and ash). The results of visual observations and laboratory analysis provide our clients with valuable information related to the extent of damage produced by a fire at a residential, industrial or wildfire location. Based on the results of our inspection, recommendations are made to assist in remedial activities and/or insurance claims.
